Service Description

Lexbe eDiscovery Platform offers free live training to show Lexbe eDiscovery Platform functionality real-time over the web using GoToMeeting. Each training session typically takes about 30 minutes and can be done from any web-based computer.

Free Training Schedule

Lexbe eDiscovery Platform Trainings are on Wednesdays at 10am PT/ 11am MT/ 12pm CT and 1pm ET.

We will send a confirmation email to those who requested to join our training sessions no later than Tuesday at 4pm CT, and a reminder email first thing on Wednesday morning. This is a free session and first come first serve basis only. Usually 25 seats available per session.

How To Join Our Training Sessions

You can then join our free training at the scheduled time one of two ways:
  1. Click on the 'Training link' in your confirmation or reminder emails, which will be automatically open the gotomeeting session you will participate.
  2. Go to Choose the option, 'Join Meeting' and then type or paste in the meeting ID provided by us, and then click 'Yes' or 'Always' (or Trust on a Mac) if prompted to accept the download.

Logging In

You should have received instructions on how to log into the
Lexbe eDiscovery Platform Free Training. Click on the supplied link (or copy and paste it into your web browser) and you will be taken to the GotoMeeting website. If you have not used GotoMeeting before you will be prompted to download and setup a GotoMeeting program. This will require you to set up a GotoMeeting login (different from your Lexbe login, if you have one).

Call-in Number or VOIP

In your trainings email you should have received a call-in number and access code for the conference call portion the session. Alternatively, you can access the meeting using a headset on your computer using VIOP (voice-over-IP). You will receive instructions for this access on your computer after logging in to the meeting.

On a PC
  • Internet Explorer 7.0 or newer or Mozilla Firefox 4.0 (JavaScript enabled)
  • Windows 8, 7, Vista, XP or 2003 Server
  • Cable modem, DSL or better Internet connection
  • Dual-core 2.4GHz CPU or faster with 2GB of RAM (recommended)
On a Mac
  • Safari 3.0 or newer or Firefox 4.0 (JavaScript enabled)
  • Mac OS X 10.6 – Snow Leopard or newer
  • Intel processor (1GB of RAM or better recommended)
  • Cable modem, DSL, or better Internet connection
Attendance Recommendations

We recommend that you log into the session at least 10 minutes prior to the Training's schedule time. You may need to download software or additional time to access the session over your internet connection. Once you logged into the training session, you should see a welcome screen that gives you some details about the speaker and informs you that that training will start shortly.
