How to use Lexbe eDiscovery Platform as Discovery Repository

Lexbe eDiscovery Platform can be used as a secure document repository for your discovery that can be searched by an opposing counsel, sometimes several firms or used as an ongoing basis for the content relevant to a litigation or investigatory matter. You can do this in Lexbe eDiscovery Platform in several ways:

Creating a New Case within your Lexbe eDiscovery Account

You can create a specific case within your account and give persons outside your organization access to documents.

Shared Documents with a Limited User

You can add someone as a Limited User to one or more cases in the account. This type of user will only have access to a set of documents specifically assign to his/her case. This action is made under the Management>Manage Custom Coding. This type of user can also download documents one at a time from the Document Viewer.

Sharing Documents By A Private Download Link

Lexbe eDiscovery Platform also allows you to share your Briefcase download by creating a Private Download Link that you send can send to your recipient, instead of adding users not responsible for managing cases in your Lexbe eDiscovery Platform account or copying files to a flash drive/CD.
