Reporting Problems to the Support Team

When reporting problems to our support team, please collect as much of the following information as possible and pass it on to us:
Lexbe eDiscovery Platform Usernames and Account Names  
> Case Name
> A detailed description of when the problem occurs
> URL of the site listed at the top or the browsers you have opened. If you copy and paste the link (aka url address) into an email to, our technical support would be able to replicate the problem faster
> Any screenshots showing error messages etc.
